Marriott Buys Greenbrier, Pending Union OK
The Greenbrier Hotel Corp., which owns The Greenbrier resort in West Virginia, has sought Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. It has also signed a conditional asset purchase agreement with Marriott Hotel Services Inc.
